I had to excuse myself to the bathroom to rip them off. The remaining adhesive on the bottom of my shoe was about the only thing helping for traction on the bottom. This wasn't user error- I followed the directions, ensured the bottom of my shoe was clean and dry (it was a brand new pair never worn) before attaching. Allowed time to adhere before wearing.
