Been taking for month
Been using for a little over a month. I take 2 capsules with each meal and feel less bloated when using this supplement. No ill-effects as of now and continuing to use.

Peculiar
This is a peculiar prebiotic in that it tends to loosen my movements instead of what I'm used to. When the bottle is gone will move on to a different product. Also intermittently gave me flatulence. Would not recommend.

Powerful for regular bowel movements. Take 3 pills twice daily.
Awesome. Truly works. If you eat vegetables & protein daily & drink plenty of water while taking three pills twice daily the weight will fall off. Watch & see.
