I do appreciated they stand behind their product but wished the rep understand that I received defective original order item.I spend a lot of buying from amazon prime and don’t like nagging as long I get the working product I ordered.I do recommending this cover and protect my new apple ultra watch 49mm nicely that watching the color of the watch as long as the product work at the first time.Thank you for seller customer service reach out to me and stand behind your product!****I like the design that match org iwatch ultra 49mm, accept BOTH of my ordered protected screen has a defected mark between the inside lens and the peel.Otherwise I would love at a higher star.

I enjoy the look and feel of this product and I stand by the fact that it will protect your watch against some of the most rigorous bumps and scrapes. However, there are issues with the sensitivity of your touch registering. I find myself having to tap some things harder or several more times for it to register - in my particular case, the top center. If I didn’t experience the touch sensitivity issues, I would rate this product 5 stars.

The concept of the watch face protector is ideal. But, the touch sensitivity is ranked 5 out of 10. I followed the directions on point and the results were the same as it was on my first screen protector. I would sometimes have to tap the glass 5 times for my selection to register. Still looking for the same style protector with a more reliable sensitive touch

The phone protector itself is nice. It allows for easy fingerprint reading. The problem I had with it was getting my phone completely clean. They provide lots of wipes and dust cleaning stickers but I still didn't get it all off. I went to readjust my first one and I got fingerprints on the sticky side by accident and now its useless. My second one I also managed to screw up and it also has a fingerprint on the sticky side because I placed it wrong side down on my screen.There's no instructions in the box, just a video link to watch. But the video didn't show how to use it so I had to guess. I'm not a perfectionist but this could have been easier to use.Update a couple days later: I dropped my phone for the second time and the screen protector cracked. I've never broken a screen before (previously dropped my Samsung j7 2016 without a screen protector over 1000 times and it never cracked). It shouldn't have cracked on the short drop it made to the ground.

The product is great, and the spacer tool is really helpful. The alcohol wipe is not large enough to wipe the front and camera part. It started coming apart, after it dried out. As well the cloth does not trap dust, it pushes them around so they are somewhere else on the phone. Had to use my own windex and a paper towel.

The first screen protector from the package literally saved me a new screen cost within days of applying it. The second one saved me another screen replacement when I tripped and the phone was in my hand, screen out when I used that hand to smash against the stove on my way down in an attempt to save myself from landing face first. The phone should have been needed to be replaced by the force alone. But somehow it survived and even more miraculous was I didn't need a new screen. It's got a huge cut down to the last layer of the protector but my screen is good. Just waiting for the new package to arrive to swap to my 3rd application of this protector and super thankful they have worked so well for me. Pleasantly surprised, and thankful for the decent price.
