Excellent speakers, but be sure to use the extra power via the PD option!
Great little product this. Exactly what I needed for my desk to use while working.Easy to set up, simple to use, and comes with almost everything you need... except for the critical component, which is the adapter to give it the extra power which then totally transforms the speakers.I'm not sure why Creative don't just charge an extra £15 and bundle a suitable adaptor in so that you can use the PD option as standard. Offering the capability, but not providing what is needed to show just how good the speakers can be is a weird product choice for me.While the sound is perfectly adequate for most people via the standard USB C connection, anyone that has an appreciation for good audio will absolutely need the PD option enabled, as it massively improves the sound and adds all of the bass, extra treble, and mid range clarity the speakers are lacking without it.However, I already had suitable a charger and cable available to use the PD option, so the rest of this review is based on the speakers used with the PD option enabled.Firstly, the angled drivers make a big difference compared to other speakers that I've tried and sent back, as the sound is aimed at your ears instead of into the desk. It's a simple thing, but really differentiates these from Logi and other brands I've tried where the sound just never hits right. The volume knob and other buttons feel well made and are responsive. The speakers are very much racing green and not black, in case the photos make you think otherwise. They could possibly be a bit heavier and it would help keeping the right hand speaker (which has all of the controls and inputs on it) still when making any adjustments, but it's not too bad and doesn't slip hugely. The various functions work very well (USB, AUX, Bluetooth) and cycling between is really simple and quick via the dedicated inout switch button. The Bluetooth only supports SBC, so the quality is the basic level and might slightly disappoint people if this is the intended primary usage and you are an audiophile. The difference between it and using AUX and USB (connected to my MacBook Pro) is stark. I don't intend to use Bluetooth, so it's fine for me, but I wouldn't have kept these if Bluetooth was my main usage (but I knew that as Creatve doesn't pretend otherwise in their marketing/specs.)The sound via USB and AUX is excellent (assuming the input you are using is equally good) for a cheap set of small (see photo for comparison to credit card), desktop speakers. I was very impressed with the tonal quality and sheer volume of them (again, with PD on.) There is no way I'll use them near full volume - they really pack some punch. They are best at around half volume in terms of sound quality in any case. You also don't need a subwoofer - once the PD option is enabled, they output plenty of bass. The lighting options are fine - not what I bought them for, but a nice touch. Work as advertised and might offer a nice decorative element to a desk, although they're not massively bright. In terms of how they work with my MacBook Pro, they are great - as soon as they are switched to USB input, the speakers are immediately picked up by the MacBook. The input last selected is remembered, so when they are turned on the MacBook immediately switches to them, no waiting around or messing like bluetooth speakers require. The volume dial on the speakers changes the system volume level as well, so that's better than how many I've tried work, meaning you don't have to worry about setting each independently. So, in all, for the £55 I paid in the Black Friday lightning offer, I'm extremely happy with them. Even if you pay another £20 for a PD adaptor / charger and another USB C cable, you are still getting a product that is absolutely miles above the quality of other speakers in a similar price range (trust me, I've tried loads) and you also get a bit extra with the lights and the microphone, headphone, and AUX connectivity, which many speakers at this level don't have.I'd happily recommend them to anyone wanting a simple stereo setup for their desk, or even in a kitchen or spare room setting.

Great value for Money and Sound…why only in dark green…it’s not black
I brought the speakers about a week back. I brought the 30W power adapter separately also. It’s got great connectivity & functionality - Bluetooth, USB, Aux-IN, head phone jack. Quality is good for MS teams calls, great music output, and watching movies if required. Looks solid build coming from Creative and good value for price. The size is prefect for my desk with 27 inch monitor. The only gripe I have is the dark green colour. Not sure why not Black or Dark Grey.

Great sound when direct connected
Very capable, small speakers. I bought these on a deal with an additional voucher for about thirty pounds, they're not worth the list price of nearly eighty pounds. The CREATIVE Pebble Pro 2.0 USB-C Computer Speakers work well for me when direct connected to my PC - via USB-C, packing a huge punch. They do need an extra UCB-C power supply, one USB-C connection is required for audio and the second is required for additional power. I found that that even though my motherboard has high wattage USB-C ports I had to use an additional mains adaptor which is annoying, as I may as well have bought a different speaker set with external PSU. They don't work well when using a USB 3.2 switch/hub particularly via my monitor an Alienware AW3423DWF; anything other than direct connect and they just play static so the cabling gets a bit messy. If I had realised I had to do a direct connect and repurpose an extra USB-C PSU I probably would have chosen a differnet solution.Pros:+Great sound+Often discounted to less than half price+Nostalgia - livin the dream of the Creative Soundblaster era ;-)Cons:-Require an external power supply to really get the great sound, which you'll pay extra for-Don't work with USC 3.2 monitor hub-Results in dual cable solution using 2xUSB-C cables-Pointless desktop software

Good volume and smart looking speakers
Good quality speakers i bought to replace my old Logitech ones that were beginning to crackle. I must say they look rather smart aside my monitor. I love the pebble design. The colour is a very dark green, just off black but when looking at them it's very hard to notice the green colour. Volume is more than enough for my small living room and there's no distortion even when craned right up. Very happy so far with this purchase

Pleasantly surprised by quality
I paid roughly £60 for these, I was hoping for decent quality speakers to use with my computer whilst working. I would consider myself an amature audiophile and very sensitive to sound so good quality for my working space is important to me.I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of these speakers. I will advise you get a 30w power plug (usually described as a high spped charger for mobiles etc) and use the USB-PD slot to power them, which does improve the quality boosting them from 15w to 30w speakers. Also be aware they are only as good as what you put into them, using a popular music players web player is pretty poor quality compared to using the desktop app version. Once you have them set up and a good input the bass is good, vocals clear, and it's a big improvement on my 20y/o speakers I had been using previously. The blutooth connectivity is great, and the subtle colour changing lights at the base are a nice touch.I could do with the 5mm jack cable being longer since my PC sits underneath my desk, but that's easily remidied if I purchase a longer cable separately. Similarly, the length of cable between the speakers is only about 1m, I'd like an extra 50cm and these are fixed so I can't extend them independantly.Overall I would recommend these to anyone needing a decent set of desk top speakers.

Quality sound and good for small space
Fantastic sound for the price. We bought these to accompany a screen that goes to our Mac. They are a nice size and do not take up too much desk space.
