Made with plant biomass materials, it also has a lower melting point, which reduces energy used in manufacturing and recycling. Recyclon is a safe material for food containers. **Q: Can you give me tips on using my ION8 OneTouch bottle?** A: When drinking, you only need to tilt a little, as the spout is positioned to flow perfectly with a minimal tilt. Even a leak-proof bottle can leak if seals are lost or removed. Always check all seals are in place. Spares are readily available. **Q: How much water do I need to be well hydrated?** A: The EU recommends 2 to 2.5 liters of fluids daily for adults, including water from food. Aim for 6-8 glasses of water or other beverages. Individual needs vary based on factors like size, age, activity level, climate, and health status. **Q: How do I clean my ION8?** A: Before use always rinse the water bottle and cap with cool water. After use always rinse in warm water and dish soap only. You can use the dishwasher in the top rack or on a cool wash. Air dry thoroughly before storing and always store with cap off. **Q: How do I care for my ION8 bottle?** A: Do not use brushes or abrasives to scrub, do not freeze when full, do not boil or microwave, do not use for carbonated drinks, do not use in a dishwasher on a very hot wash. Always ensure your leak-proof seals are in place. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Completely leak proof! *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 1 October 2026* My daughter loves this, this is great for in the night as it doesn't leak, ever! She will take it on outings and basically has one all the time so much so that we purchased another one one wash one use 😂 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Saving for Christmas 🎅 *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 18 October 2026* Haven’t used it yet so can’t comment on leaks / leak-proof or ease of use. However it’s authentically pleasing chosen by my two year old. Looks very sturdy. Good size for portability. Good value for money in comparison to other brands and it was on offer. Appears easy to use. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice design and no leaks *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 28 September 2025* My daughter loves the pretty design of colourful fishes and drinking in her bottle. Easy to put in her small bag to go to pre school. Good size for a toddler to handle it and drink independently. They need a bit of practice to unlock the 2 things that prevent leaks efficiently. The fact that it’s transparent allow to check the level of water easily. Easy to clean and seems sturdy so far. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.vn/products/506981899-ion8-small-water-bottle-leak-proof-easy-to-open-secure](https://www.desertcart.vn/products/506981899-ion8-small-water-bottle-leak-proof-easy-to-open-secure) --- *Product available on Desertcart Vietnam* *Store origin: VN* *Last updated: 2026-10-24*
