Review: Good product: pure and effective - The product itself is great. It looks pure white and has a slight sour and bitter taste which is not very unpleasant. It is also effective and works well. I take this before workouts too (with caffeine) and it seems to help quite a bit. Even when taken alone it seems to help my mood at work. My job is pretty high stress and this helps keep me on my toes and less stressed. Its not going to give same effects as caffeine, but definitely helps as a supplement! Also, it mixes in water great! I add a scoop to my water bottle some days. Seriously tastes like lemon water haha. Almost worth using just as flavoring!! Definitely recommend (especially if you have ADHD)! As for the manufactorer of this product: no real complaints. It does its job. Only down side is the packaging can be a little cumbersome, but its worth the product lol. In general Bulk Supplements seem to have a high quality of purity and great prices. I'll use them in the future for other supplements.

**Q: How is this product taken?  Under the tongue?  In 8 ozs of water or other liquid?  How exactly?**
A: I just put a teaspoon or more into orange juice. You can put it in water but then it tastes tart. But overall its not nasty tasting. 8oz of liquid is good.

**Q: why does it taste so salty?**
A: lol, becuse it is a salt.

**Q: How many servings come in a 100 gram bag?**
A: 100 grams is 3.53oz and it has 250 servings

**Q: Does this product contain any gluten?**
A: Check the ingredients :)  It's just the pure amino acid.  My understanding is no, and I do not *think* it is manufactured anywhere that gluten would get in the product.  (I am not sure if the label specifies that).

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ NALT is Good - Focus

I ordered this product from BulkSupplements a few weeks ago, and wanted to give it some time before writing a review. A couple of months ago, I did a lot of research. I wanted to develop a stack specific to my current goals. Included in this stack is the NALT. When I received my product, I took it the next day. I found that I felt very strangely relaxed and focused at work. I didn't think a lot of it, at first. I recall coming home to tell my fiancé about my mood and demeanor at work that day. This continued for the rest of the week. Then, I received more of my stack in the mail, so I revisited my research. Sure enough, the primary, single benefit I had listed for NALT is focus. Now, I am also taking L-Theanine, so I could probably associate some of that relaxed, focused feeling to the L-Theanine, or the combination of the two. One thing I know for sure is that the NALT works. I am not so sue that I need this every day; however, I am going to stick with my research and my stack, and finish it out.
