I did a lot of research to identify these as the best adjustable dumbbells. I finally got to order them... and, when my order arrived, it was anticlimactic. I got one dumbbell, not the two promised. The one I got was defective, with the outside "frame" being welded incorrectly. It was scratched and beat up, which may have happened from the "kleenex" shipping box that had no padding or internal box. Sadly, a very disappointing experience.

Absolutely brilliant, just what I needed to protect my arms from leaving those little round bruises that the kettlebells left behind :-)

Much to my surprise, this offer is only for a single wrist guard. Most kettle bell users have two arms so it seems a little dishonest to sell these items not in pairs.
