Great yoga / fitness ball .. came well packed even included a pump for inflating it .. also a handy guide on possible exercises .. would recommend .

I bought this exercise ball during my third trimester, and it’s honestly one of the best things I’ve used throughout my pregnancy. It’s super sturdy, easy to inflate (comes with everything you need), and feels really safe to sit and move on, even with my growing belly. I mostly use it for gentle stretching, sitting while working, and relieving lower back pain. It’s made a huge difference in how I feel, especially on days when I’m sore or uncomfortable. Just sitting and gently bouncing or rotating my hips helps take pressure off my back and hips. The material feels strong and doesn't slip around, which was important to me. I also love that it’s made from eco-friendly and non-toxic materials, its reassuring knowing I’m not sitting on anything harmful while pregnant. The size guide helped me pick the right one for my height, and I can definitely see myself using this after birth too, for light workouts or just as a more comfortable chair at home. Arrived a day after being ordered and well packed. Years ago i bought one of a similar colour ( grey) but the pump did not work. I had to inflate it with my mouth. Yuks. So the black little pump is easy to use, takes only a few minutes. The ball works perfectly and wonderfull beyond expactations

I bought this to primarily use as a substitute for a chair when working and it's been great at improving my posture and preventing hunching. Quality is good, the material is thick enough to survive bumps and sharps - no popping from accidental sitting on scissors and needles. It's not the most simple inflation process BUT i will admit thats partly my fault as I ordered a size too large and part of the hassle was finding space to inflate it properly. it wont fit through the average doorframe so keep that in mind. The rubbery smell is a bit much at first but improves with time and a clean.

Robust ball. Very easy to pump up or deflate as necessary. Pleasant feel - not too plasticky. Perfect size for my 5'4". I use it for back exercises - does the job. Love the turquoise (teal) colour. Would recommend, really pleased with it.

Really good ball for use during pregnancy. Does take some effort to blow up but pump is easy to use.

Albeit it takes a while and your arms ache a bit after, this is easy to blow up and very sturdy. I got it for whilst I am at the end of my pregnancy but will definitely use it for fitness too. The ball still has some creases in the fabric but does not affect usage. The pin to keep the air in has stayed in and has not deflated after a day of using it at my desk. Comes with a spare pin and a tool to remove them too. The pump is easy to use and was greatly appreciated that it came with the product.
