Great Sugar Alternative
As above nice but a little pricey alternative to sugar, but arguably far better for you.

Well worth the occasional sweet tooth craving
There isn't much I can say about Truvia that hasn't already been said. I put two packets into my coffee and I absolutely love it. I try using agave nectar and actual cane sugar, but this makes it perfectly sweet without any of the guesswork.Since I try to stay away from most artificial sweeteners, I don't think this one is all that harmful considering what else is out there. It's basically stevia without the bitter aftertaste. If you've had stevia at all, you'll understand. All I wish for is more drink makers to use this amazing natural sweetener in either their diet drinks or their regular drinks and ditch the aspartame and high fructose corn syrup for good (*cough* Coca-Cola *cough*).

but so far it's been great in coffee
I looked into Stevia based sweeteners because all the information I found pointed it to being an incredibly effective 0 calorie sweetener, and unlike other sweeteners it does not cause spikes in blood sugar (which is my biggest concern). Also, it's been found to be incredibly safe and I want to distance myself from Aspartame as much as possible (it spikes blood sugar and there is one, albeit small, study that links it to cancer in lab rats). Not sure how Truvia itself stacks up against the other stevia brands, but so far it's been great in coffee.

Sweet but cheaper at Costco
A few years ago I was in the process of losing some weight. Giving up soda and exercising more was a big part of the process. Replacing sugar with a lower calorie sugar substitute also helped. Truvia worked for me. I still use it today and would recommend it highly. I wouldn't buy it again from Amazon as I can purchase it cheaper at the local Costco. Even if you don't have a nearby Costco, I still would look in local stores first before buying it here.

The best stevia out there!!
I did some research and found this to be the only (or one of the few) approved forms of stevia for consumption. It is a must have for my kitchen. I simply substitute it for sugar in everything (except baking - they have a separate one for that). Surely a healthier sweetener than sugar and artificial sweeteners.
