No they are not. You need software to remap in windows I don’t know about Mac.

Its an older Predator Cestus, no longer one of the current lineup. But, its legit. Works fine, and I've been mixing up usage between Cyberpunk 2077, War craft (original RTS type), Dragon Age, and normal computer use. Just make sure you download the appropriate Predator software, its Predator Quartermaster.
