I have bought 2 of these lamps as gifts for friends. After a couple of weeks each of these lights we’re switching themselves on/ off .I tried the support telephone number for the first and it would not ring through. Fortunately, Amazon refunded the money. I told them I had another which I had given as a gift and was waiting on her opening on her birthday. Needless to say, it stopped working after a couple of weeks. I was past the date for return but the support telephone line worked and I was given an email address for my friend to contact to organise a replacement. The email address does not work despite it being the correct one. This company is not reliable.

Lovely little lamps, use the all year round, but look lovely a Christmas along with decorations

I love this lamp, it looks much more expensive than it was. My first one has lasted about 6 months and then it just stopped working. As I loved the look of it and found the touch settings so useful, I ordered another one.This one has arrived but the ‘touch’ doesn’t work so we have to unplug it every time we finish using it.I’ve recycled the box so can’t return it but won’t buying another one..

Gave as a present as someone bought me one x it’s so pretty lit up x and bonus you get a lovely smell too xx
