It is all right, standard quality make and we should not say more or less about it. I never found one pill which would stuck in my throat,so there it is,saying more. 😅It serves my heavy metal detoxing and I am glad I have found a potency of 300 mg. Thanks!

Good quality and value
Amazon’s community guidelines do not now allow me to report on my personal experience regarding the efficacy or health effects of supplementary health products. Therefore, unfortunately, I cannot comment on these aspects in this review. Suffice it to say that I am very happy with these Alpha Lipoic Acid capsules from ‘Best Naturals’ and am likely to buy more. Good ingredients at decent strengths and good value. They are easy to swallow and tasteless with no unpleasant or unwanted side effects so far.

Bought for peripheral neuropathy
I've given this product 5 stars because there are research studies which indicate that alpha lipoic acid can have benefits for painful peripheral neuropathy. It is too early to tell yet whether they result in any improvement. 300mg is a relatively low dose but perhaps a good starting point. I can, however, say that reducing sugar intake seems to reduce the pain quickly.

Good if you know how to use them
I use this product as one of many whilst I am in the middle of training. I am finding positive changes within my body. So the program i am on is working. it is a reasonably priced product compared to whats out there. As with all supplement make sure you are using as park of a balanced diet. they are supplements not replacements :)

This is one of the few supplements where I have noticed an actual difference. In my personal experience it helps to reduce nerve pain. This is especially noticeable if I take it for a long period and then take a break. I appreciate that this brand provides an affordable option. I have not experienced any noticeable side-effects so far.

Alpha Lipoic Acid caps were recommended to me by my neurologist. If you Google them, you can see all the benefits they have to offer! I believe I'll be taking them for a LONG time!
