Had .to return the item as it was faulty.This lead was purchased to move the phone one foot away as the lead I had was too short.after installation, found the phone dead. When replaced with the old lead phone worked fine. Therefore,I returned the item

Ordered prior to having Full Fibre installed and it was necessary as BT didn’t have a suitable cable to reach our phone base station so it finished the job perfectly!

Excellent length, just want I wanted

the product in itself is very good --- the only problem for me was the pin configuration so the wires going to the wrong pins --- so instead to go to another return routine --- I cut the cable and hardwired it the way I need it so --- the cable is working now
