I out 5 stars as I bought this mat from the official Lyapko website and its AMAZING!!! However, the one i ordered from this seller,the item has never arrived for some reason...but seller was nice and returned all the money straight away. The mat is amazing and great for improving blood circulations and reducing/healing back pains!

Good quality item. But sadly I have to return it as it was impossible for me to lay on it. Way too painful.

I have chronic back pain. The mat helped me come back to life. Daily session from 0.5 to 1 hour. The mat works for me. I highly recommend it to everyone, even a few minutes of relaxation session. This mat is magical. It saved my life !!!!!!! ❤️

It takes some time adjusting to it but once your skin/body gets fine tuned after a couple uses this thing is amazing for back recovery. I use it in my gaming chair overtop of my lumbar support pillow and this thing works wonders. - You just have to be careful handling it is all *Owned for about 2 months now* thing definitely is built to last. High quality and will easily last you a couple years and potentially more if well taken care of
