Finally I laid my hands on her, and I must say, her colour scheme is even prettier in real life. I love that she has multiple tones (blue, cyan) in her hair, it really accentuates her mint design.I am not sure which of her outfits is the nicest, but I would definitely suggest that redressing her in her second outfit might require parental help and possibly removing and replacing the hands to ensure there isn't any damage to the doll. Some of these dolls have stiff knee joints, but mine was not one of them and so can sit and stand without any issue.I might be a little bit disappointed that her hair doesn't have as heavy a crimp as Mara's, but this can be fixed, and the quality of the hair is good - nice, long and soft.My only grumble is that her earrings are way too big, get caught in her hair and fall off very easily when brushing. She looks like she's wearing her mum's clothes, but my God does her mum have style! She makes a great mum character for playing dolls with, but as a collecter I don't mind it too much that her style looks out of place for the high school setting, I just love the quality and attention to detail that is outstanding for a mass market play line doll, this series blows 1 and 2 out of the water. Her one failing is her hair. It would have been fantastic to have a more youthful hair style and I think that was the intention with the crimping, but the end result looks more like heat damaged hair.
