There was minimal weld spatter, which matters a lot for the longevity of outdoor powder coat paint. They're solid welds and solid tires. The swivel casters even have a grease zerk. I loaded a 900-950 pound fish house box on these wheels. They roll on flat even surface with that weight pretty well, does take effort... but if you're going to use these on dirt or grass with more than 300 pounds you will definitely need to put boards down so they don't just dig in.
