Is more of a greeny gold than a yellow gold and I don’t really know how cold can be green but it’s not the gold I wanted 🥲 it’s not the company‘s fault though

Absolute love this gold dust! If your looking to add a touch of Antique gold to your food or bakery products then this is the stuff you need. The gold is beautiful I was worried it would be yellow gold which I didn’t want but it’s everything I was hoping it would be.

I find this to be very effective for decorating cakes. I have mixed it with a white chocolate ganache, and while it did need a fair bit of the dust, it did turn it a pale gold colour. Sprinkling over the top of light-coloured icing does produce a lovely gold finish. I'm sure there are probably many other uses for it too.For those who are bothered about what they are eating, the ingredients are listed as: E555 Potassium, Aluminium Silicate, E171 Titanium Dioxide, E172 Iron Oxide, E153 Vegetable Carbon.

Arrived next day with prime delivery, Amazing little bottle with lots of lustre dust, would definitely recommend, I used it on fondant decorations mixed with lemon extract
