Say Cheeeese!
Years ago I purchased these for one of our teddy bear hamsters who is no longer with us. He used to love the cheese wedges. So when I saw them while searching for treats for our new additions; sister Winter White hamsters I had to get them! My daughter hasn't introduced her hamster to these cheese wedges but I've introduced my hamster to them and she totally approves. She loves these so much she's on her 2nd one and I'll have to purchase more! The first one was about half it's size when I heard allllll this commotion in her cage. I went and found her trying to crawl through a tunnel to another part of her cage and in her mouth was the cheese wedge but she kept getting blocked, cute but I imagine frustrating for her, good thing I was there. I wound up moving it for her because she couldn't get it to where she wanted and she was happy. This seems to be a regular thing when I hear banging it's because she's either chewing on it or relocating it around her home. I will continue to buy these as long as she shows interest in them. They don't have a smell to me and they are a nice solid chew. My only complaint is that I wish they came in a larger pack, 2 isn't enough. *UPDATE* We've added 3 Syrians to our family and they all love these. Hell even the dog got a hold of one and started eating it. Oops! Sadly I've had to stop buying them because at over $7 for 2 it's just not worth it. I'll keep searching for them in stores at a much lower price point because the price is absurd.

Like hamster catnip
My Syrian hammy goes NUTS over these things! He runs around with it for several minutes before chewing, runs around more, chews more and the cycle repeats. The first two blocks I took away after a few hours so he would sleep. The most recent one I decided to try leaving it in his habitat and he actually ended up sleeping after a while. The chew was gone much quicker though. I think it was dust by end of day 2. Anyway, these are like catnip for hammies and it’s so fun to watch my little guy get so excited. This is a must have and might be worth the subscription after testing it out first. Plus it’s a great price. Great buy for a happy ham!

My Syrian Hamster Loves These!
I want to start by saying that as a human that does not believe anyone should have dairy except for baby cows, I wasn't too excited to give this to my hamster. The only positive side to this is that it has a huge amount of protein, so I figured that if nothing else, that would be the reason to get these. But, my own opinion on dairy aside, my hamster really loves these. I only give her one at a time, and they last about 2 weeks. She seems to think of this as food, because she keeps this chew in her nest where she keeps all her pellet food. On the contrary, she always eats her other treats immediately after I give them to her. These have a very strong smell of cheap chocolate, which I don't really understand, and unfortunately when you open the package to take one out, the other one will be slowly going stale. I fixed this issue by keeping the second one in a sealed zip-lock bag until I needed it. The only real downside to these is that since they are so small, I'm always afraid of accidentally throwing away a buried half-eaten one while replacing my hamster's bedding. I've never actually done this, but it's probably because I'm super careful about finding it before scooping her bedding out. All in all: it's a pretty good long-term treat to supplement your hamster's diet with extra protein. I also like it because it helps them keep their teeth short. I wish they were a little bit bigger, but for what it's worth I still like them a lot.

Battle rats!!
Envoking the powers of his noble clan and unleashing the ancestral blood rage passed down from his forefathers Shinji positions himself at the only entrance to the hammock and prepares to do battle. PEW after PEW try to break through his single rat defense, falling to his palm thrusts and whirled butt budges as he holds the line against seemingly unending forces. Like is namesake Bruce (Wayne) creeps up the wall, his black form blending with the shadows as he prepare to strike. The PEW's have been beaten back and now the hooded enemies arrive, hands and noses pushing forward in an attempt to steal the fabled treasure. Shinji fights harder but it's evident his endurance is flagging. Tony and Steve unite as Banner is pushed back, assembling to overcome the evil hoarding ways of our lonesome hero. Seeing their plan Shinji throws himself forward, using his body as a final blockade to protect his precious. At that moment Bruce strikes, dropping from the wires above and snatching the golden trinket in his small hands before he darts off. Three rats pause and look to the empty hammock behind them, confused and heartbroken. Not trusting their eyes they shuffle over and sniff, their heartbroken faces weary from the fight and disappointment. Their human has seen their plight and bandages their pride and broken hearts with a treat for each of them. Below the battle begins anew, as the first of the PEWs find Bruce.

Hamster loved it
At first my hamster did not care for these chews but 3 days later he devoured the entire thing! Put the second one in his cage that evening and it was gone by the time I woke up in the morning. Great product, only wish it lasted longer.

Hamsters favorite so far
Bought these as a new chew treat for our Syrian hamster and out of the assortment of new chewys these seem to be his favorite. I'm not sure how effective these are for teeth grinding, as they are a bit softer then most things designed to wear down rodent teeth, but as a treat they last awhile. He's had them in his cage for about two weeks now and while they're well gnawed at this point it looks like he'll have a few more weeks of chewing ahead before their gone. For the price they're a good, long lasting flavored treat, for teeth grinding I'm not too sure~

He likes them!
I wasn’t sure about these, they have the consistency of plastic when I got them out of the package I was like what? The ingredients are all edible though, but I couldn’t comment on the flavor cuz duh I won’t be eating to them. And they have no smell that I could detect. He is a new hamster so it took a little bit for him to even start eating, as he was nervous. But today when I cleaned his cage I found one of them chewed down to a fraction of the size so yay he likes them! And he has other chew toys in there too cuz hamster teeth are so scary long I’m just like, “please wear down” Compared to his rice treats only these seem hard enough to actually do that job. I’ll be getting more of these ones
