Good product
The media could not be loaded. Fairly easy to install. It’s not a big cat tree so we just found it tricky to get our hands around to assembly. Also the scratching board part was difficult to assembly due to the metal parts not fitting flush, we had to bend the metal pieces. Turned out good though

Fab!!
My cats love this, appearance is nice, the size is perfect, it's value for money. It has a scratch post too which is brilliant, it is also very sturdy.

Literally does its job. Super aesthetically pleasing, not bulky and is actually used/liked by my kitten so it’s a 10/10 for me.

Difficult to assemble. Missing parts. Parts do not align.
Lovely product. Love the design. However, the bottom part that attaches the ramp does not line up properly. I battled with it for an hour and gave up. I am left with it attached on one side and not the other. Holes arent in the right place. Not easy assemble or I had a dodgy one!

Adequate size
Cats like it but prefer the top to be round so they can roll up in it to sleep. Don’t feel they use it as much as the other one I had which had the round top for them to sleep in, so I feel this is the reason for them not using it as much.Doesn’t take up much room which I like.

Cat tree
Not as tall as I thought it was but it is a decent size. Bought to put in my bedroom as a distraction for my kitten who was jumping up on everything and trying to climb the curtains, and up to now she seems to prefer playing on it . Perfect size for my room but check the measurements to make sure it will fit your room before buying
