NordaceLeiden Smart Duffel Bag for Women with USB Charging Port, Water Resistant - Travel Duffel Bag (Khaki)

First I want to say that I was impressed with my Nordace Siena backpack, and I expected the quality to be similar. The Leiden Smart Duffel has some issues: 1) the 'vegan' leather feels rather cheap to me; 2) the zippers are not smooth in operation); 3) it is the size I was looking for, and it will work great for a personal item on a flight; 4) there is not near enough padding for the computer (my Surface fits great); 5) the do-not-remove-tag - there is a tag attached saying you cannot return the bag if the tag is removed, however this tag fell off while I was checking out the bag; 6) I wish this bag were a little more stable on the bottom, and perhaps with some little feet to protect the bottom, and 7) the bag strap for slipping over my luggage is loose and could be more substantial. All in all, I think I am going to return the bag. Dangit, I was hoping this was the bag I was looking for.
