Which type of barcode do you use? I would need code 39.

My start number was 130001 which is 6 numbers, which is less than 8 and it was not printed in Code 39 and does not scan. Your customer service has stated to use Code 128 on my smart phone. The library uses a scanner to read barcodes not phones.
