Does the job
It heats up fine but I find it is either not hot enough or gets too hot. It'll do the job when I have to go out with pain though.

Far too hot
Easy to turn on and programme. The first thing I turned on was the vibration, I wasn't a fan of that as it just reminds me of a tens machine and being pregnant! I then found the heat button and the standard mode is the hottest, which you can then dial down from 60-50 degrees. I found it super hot. I tried it first on my bare belly but it was too hot, I then turned down the heat and wore it over my top and it was still too hot for me, uncomfortable and my skin got itchy and uncomfortable. So it's a no from me sadly.

Great warming belt
This belt is a good investment to relieve cramps and make you feel better.It can vibrate and the heat is just very useful when you don't feel your best overall.I love the adjustable temperature control.This is a good gadget that I gladly recommend.

Twisted stap
Good product apart from the twisted strap I've tried and tried and can't untwist it

Warms up quickly, but very small heat pad.
The first thinng i noticed is how quickly this heat pad warms up. There are 3 buttons, one is the on/off, another selects the temperature (preset 0, 50c, 55c and 60c) and the last button selects between the 4 vibration patterns.The main issue with this is the size of the device, its quite small at about 6"x3". As such the heat pad is even smaller, and it makes it very targeted. If that works for you this will be fine but if you want it for a more general heat over a wider area, you may struggle.The quality of the device seems OK, its very lightweight but it also feels a little cheap. The vibration isn't really deep, it's more of a buzz and it served to anoy my wife so she turned it off.Ultimately this has its pros and cons, hopefully this will have at least given you an idea of how they may affect your experience of the device.

Really great for menstrual pain
This rechargable heat pad is great. It is so useful to ease both menstrual and back pain. It heats up very quickly and the top heat setting is very warm (great for over clothes.) The device also has three intensity setting for vibration too. It is a little loud when vibrating so I probably will not use that setting when wearing it outside the house. The device feels well made and is lined with super soft fabric for comfort. Overall I'm very pleased with how well this works.
