Helps with focus and concentration
I have used this before and reordered again. It helps me with energy and focus. I personally, take it with my morning coffee before my day begin’s. But, I do not recommend this approach if you are caffeine sensitive. I notice it helps with my decision fatigue.

No noticeable effect
I’ve been taking NOW Foods L-Tyrosine for a about 2 months, and while the capsules are good quality and easy to swallow, I honestly didn’t notice much of a difference. I know supplements like this can take time or work differently for everyone, but for me, there wasn’t any noticeable change in focus, mood, or energy. That said, I do trust NOW Foods as a brand their products are usually reliable and well made. This one just didn’t seem to do much for me personally.

Llevo meses tomándola y la verdad se nota, todo suma no voy a decir que esto haya sido lo que ha producido mi cambio corporal, ejercicio comer bien etc. pero regula el metabolismo y de otras veces que he hecho dieta ahora nada que ver, lo recomiendo.
