I only have an achilles issue in my left ankle, so I’m using both β€œthick” braces that came together in the package on top of one another. These braces are very simple and actually comfortable. The braces are made like padded heel lifts and can even be warn with flip flops unlike other shoe lifts. The pads do slip a bit but they can easily be adjusted. Without this brace(s), walking after getting out of bed in the morning was excruciating and it would destroy all the healing from overnight. Easy to see, when I pulled on the thread gently the seams would rip out. So I will have to pull out my serger to sew the product properly. It was either this or dig into my pockets and mail it back at my expense for a complete and (hopefully) undamaged product.
