Vitamin C in a capsule is surprisingly hard to find, especially at a reasonable price. These are pretty. I can only hope they are real vitamin C and that they have the dosage they advertise. I’m not one of those who can definitely tell. I take it with my thyroid pill every morning. (fyi--Vitamin C is the only vitamin you can take with thyroid medication, and it actually helps with absorption).

These vitamin C supplements are capsules, which are so hard to find with vitamin C. While they are slightly on the larger size they are still a capsule and easy to swallow. My teenage daughter doesn't like swallowing large supplements in these are easy for her to take. They are gentle on the stomach as none of my family have had any issues and I take them on an empty stomach in the morning. Just so happy to find a capsule of vitamin C that is affordable. These are 1000 mg capsules and have the rose hips included !

I order these for my husband and so far he is happy with them. They do not give him an upset stomach.

Very good source of vitamin C. Also has Rose Hips which helps prevent stomach upset. Rose hips are a flavanoid which enhances the absorption of the Vitamin C. Been using this product a few yrs. now. Since starting Vitamin C, I haven't had a cold in many yrs.
