Length adjustability
The manual states that you should use a prying tool to open up the handles for adjusting to height. This could have been made so much easier! Do you assume everyone owns prying tools? It cannot be opened with anything else it’s too tightly shut. Learned my lesson to never buy anything that has zero reviews.
