Only 4 % blue corn.
Be aware that this product has only 4 % blue corn, and this fact was fraudulently omitted from the picture of the ingredients when I checked specifically to make sure that it was made with only blue corn, and not mixed with cheaper yellow corn. Very disappointed and feel cheated.

Unfortunately this product only contains 4% blue corn so are not authentic blue corn chips. They are yellow corn with black carrot root in to change the colour
