I was very happy to find these on Amazon. I used my humidifier without changing it for a couple of years. Works great and keeps my bedroom humidified during these dry winter months with the heat on.

Filter claims to clean humidifier water of many impurities but actually does nothing. Shipped in a plain white box (with no instructions) it did fit well but does not purify the water it claims to. My home is still filled with very fine white dust powder which is Not Dog dander.
