While other comments say it was dry, what I got was perfect! Easy to use and my wooden desk looks brand new. It’s non toxic and does not have any unpleasant smell like synthetic polish or varnish.

Decent product, can be used to cover gaps in the wood. Melts in your hand for the body heat. The color could have been more darker to suit gap filling in the wood.

Really not worth it

Before trying it on my very expensive speakers, I decided to try it on a patch of the veneer. Results are excellent. The wax applies easier in warm weather, and needs a bit of friction to melt into the finish. I used a piece of raw wood veneer with different coatings to see what I might end up with. It works best on light coatings and may not be so good on heavier polishes and pre-finished woods. The swatches show the results, between raw wood, an acrylic conformal coating, and black matte paint. It does add a slight sheen, more apparent IRL than in pictures. I would recommend it, if you knew what you wanted to do.

It's a good wax. You can see the before and after pictures when the wax was used on hard wood. It should be applied every 6 months or so if its used on regularly used things. There are no applying instructions on the pack but you can refer to YouTube videos on how to use Beeswax. Will it last where there is some heat on the wood needs to be seen. Will update here.
