My 8yr old grandson was very happy to receive this for Christmas

A lot smaller than I thought

This kid is great value for money you get to build multiple different models. all the instructions in the box only cover about 6-8 different models to be able to build all models for the set you will need a printer to be able to print from k'nex website

This is a great product but sadly let down by the fact that you can only build 3 models rather than the 12 stated. The box has no mention of the lack of instructions - in fact it says instructions included but when you open the box the instructions provided cover only 3 models and the rest you must download from a website which returns no results when you enter the product number. Be prepared to have to email them in the hope they reply or to get imaginative and try and figure it all out on your own!Update - I received a reply after approx 3 weeks advising that knex is now owned by basicfun.com and you can find instructions on their website (at least for some models).

Bought as present and recipient likes it so all is good!

Good toy for 7 year old. We are able to make the full models together but with these pieces my child can also make their own cool creations without needing adult help for pieces that are too fiddly.

Bought for my nephew and he loves it. Its easy to play with and makes a few things.
