Easy and Tasty: My Experience with Nicotinamide 500mg Gummies
I’ve been trying these 500mg nicotinamide gummies and they’ve been a really convenient addition to my daily routine. They’re easy to take, they taste pretty good, and it’s a nice way to get a dose of nicotinamide without any hassle. Overall, I’ve found them to be a simple and pleasant way to add this supplement to my wellness routine.

Good for skin
Was told to use this item by my dermatologist. Don't know if they are actually working, but they are a gummy and easy to take and taste fine.

Good supplement, decent taste
These gummies are an easy way to get my niacin without the flush. They taste fine (especially for being sugar free) and seem to work well. Only reason for 4 stars is the flavor could be a little better, but overall solid product!

What doesn't nicotinaminde do?
Not well-versed on nicotinamide but who doesn't want the possibility of slowing down the aging process? I just turned 45 so I'm at the point I want to take as many preventions as possible. I have issues with swallowing pills so gummies or liquid is my preferred forms. After reading another reviewer pointing out this dosage may cause diarrhea, bleeding and bruising I think I will start out with 1/2 a gummy since I'm not accustomed to taking this. I don't know what the flavor is but it is pleasant enough and the texture is chewy and soft, not tough like a gummy bear. A little research around the net shows niacinamide "helps produce keratin, a form of protein that keeps your skin firm and healthy. Niacinamide can help your skin grow a ceramide (lipid) barrier, which can help to retain moisture. Niacinamide also helps minimize pore appearance, control the amount of oil the glands produce and can reduce acne production." Well, ok so I am interested in all of those because my skin, while oily, is also dehydrated and thanks to oilinesss I have larger pores and prone to acne even at this age. This sounds like it would be super beneficial in combating these problems. Also, niacinamide is water soluble so the body doesn't store it. That means you need to ingest it daily to keep up concentration. Maybe this will improve my overall skin health because it STINKS dealing with breakouts (even occasional) as an older adult! On another note, it appears dermatologists recommend nicotinamide to reduce basal cell and squamous cell skin cancer and pre cancer lesions. What? I will google some medical journals to read up on this supposed effect to prevent skin cancer. But the dosage appears to be 500 mg of nicotinamide 2xday which is more than the 1 gummy serving here contains. So, not saying to double the dosage but would be something to speak to a dermatologist about and get a personal recommendation. Can't hurt to investigate, anyways. This sounds like a "holy grail" product but only time will tell if it's too good to be true or if it lives up to the hype I've read. And maybe the supplement itself is a powerhouse so then will need to see if this formula is efficient at delivering the benefits nicotinamide offers. I don't have any active cancers or precancers to see if it reduces that but I will evaluate, instead, any facial changes (oil, pores, ability to retain moisture, etc). I have no other means to test effectiveness but have high hopes as I am really looking forward to experiencing all the benefits I read about.

Does not enhance energy
B3 usually elevates my energy levels strong. I got curious after a few non-effective tries and took 4 of them at one time. I promptly went to sleep. I won't be ordering these again. They do taste good, but too expensive for candy.
