Very powerful. Pretty easy to start and use. Noise level relatively low which is impressive. Run so much load at a time. Perfect performance so far. Also lightweight and durable. Looks great. Easy to hold and carry. Great for camping.

So, I purchased a smaller gen for my travel trailer that could not run the microwave very long. This monster does it with ease. I did the 30 min break in and then changed oil, good idea with any Equpment. I run it on a propane 20 lb. bottle, in the back of a pickup. Cleaner and safer. very quiet. can run the microwave, ac unit and air fryer at the same time and never revved up, which means it came off eco mode. so, it was no challenge for it. With that said, I plan to use this in a larger rv in the future and expect it to do well. electric start also a nice feature.

I recently purchased the AIVolt 11,250 inverter generator and returned it directly. I prepped the generator for it's break-in run. After running the generator for one (1) hour, I shut it down to move it to a shaded location. Upon restarting the generator, it immediately ran very rough and would NOT output any voltage, neither 120V or 240V.I hemmed and hawed before purchasing this generator due to the fact that their support team is based in China, which I confirmed through emails with them. That should've been enough of a deterrent but I really wanted to like this unit due to the impressive technical specifications, it's solid copper windings as well as the price point.I get it, I received a Dud, but it was more than a minor QC overlook though, it was a complete system failure.I have since purchased a comparable Duromax inverter generator which I am currently breaking in. Duromax has a USA based support helpline with a 5yr warranty vs a 2yr warranty with AIVolt. Big difference! I called the support number because the regulator on the propane hose had an issue, they were very accommodating and a new regulator and hose are on their way to me. Your mileage may vary, but I feel a whole lot better about the equipment I now have. Good luck out there.

This is a great generator for amount of power it delivers and how quite it is. Definitely recommend. Fast delivery, easy to get it started, no issues. The instructions can be better, but was able to figure it out myself. The batteries had to be pulled up to plug them in first time, the screws for the panel had to be undone first (wish it would just snap on and off), and the oil was hidden on the middle somewhere (inconvenient). Otherwise, as provided size & weight are manageable, quiet, compared to its alternatives. Best of all, has 50A plug I needed.

Unit works great for my needs. Starts right up, quiet operation. I woukd buy it again.

Amazon delivered the generator on its side and oil leaked out of the crank case and all over the unit. Cleaned it off and when tried to start it would not. After many emails to AIVOLT, I finally found that the unit's air filter was clogged with oil, preventing it from running. It cranked and ran perfectly without the filter. Contacted AIVOLT again and they said they would send a new filter. Bear in mind that generators can not be returned to Amazon and any problems with them has to be resolved via manufacturer's warranty service. AIVOLT has no telephone number, so the only way to contact them is via email. Their website is also useless for any support help as it is only for selling equipment. I think this will be a good generator and probably would have run right out of the box if it had been delivered upright as the carton symbols showed.

Great customer service. Had a couple of issues with the case/shell (not generator) and AIvolt was very quick to respond to questions and issues. The generator is quite good and for its power is about the same size and weight as a 2500 watt unit.
