Excellent iron source! Tastes great and it’s helped my anemia.

I have absolutely had worse-tasting vitamin supplements in the past, and I'm grateful to try an iron supplement that doesn't wreak havoc on my stomach. That said, I don't know if I have an extra sensitive sense of taste/smell or something, but after a few chews I'm getting the wet dog smell, metallic taste. I've started biting each one just enough to break it up to swallow with water and quickly move on to my next chewable and then brush my teeth. For the price, digestive gentleness, and effectiveness of these, I can work around the taste factor.

These do the trick for my anemia. I can tell from my #2's. I had to space them out to one gummy in the mornings and one at dinner. So in that perspective I can tell they are working. Only downside I see is they don't taste the best. They are a bit gritty and heavy. It is difficult to explain. I have a lot of gummy vitamins for myself and my children. these are not gummy texture. It is more like a soft candy. The flavor is not the best but I do not have any other iron gummies to compare it to. I gave a bottle to my daughter at college as she is also anemic. She does not mind the texture or flavor. After these are gone I will be trying a different brand to have a better comparison and review.

I have severe low iron (i’m talking below 10%) and I have been taking these for the past 6 months and my iron level has gone from 5 to a 15% which is still low but it’s progress! I recommend taking 2 each week (monday and friday) so you don’t feel constipated!

These gummies are a life saver. I recently underwent gastric bypass surgery. Before taking these gummies I had to crush my iron pills and mix them with juice. I can't begin to tell you how disgusting that tastes. These gummies are a highlight of my daily vitamin regimen. Grape seems to be the proper flavor to mask the taste of the iron.

People say they taste good, they must like, have really terrible taste. They aren’t gross, but good? Nah. Still, better than a nasty iron pill. I love gummies. But grape? At least they aren’t lemon flavor. What else can I add? I also like my pitbull, and cute women. Bass guitar, but not fender, they suck. Rickenbacker. Period. Also Gibson. But never an SG. Sharks scare an fascinate me. Ok, Go away now.

Quite an unpleasant taste, and still got gastrointestinal side effects (stomach ache/ nausea/ felt really sick). Couldn’t take them so a waste of money.

For the first time I don't mind taking my vitamins. This is a enjoyable way of taking it. I hate taking medicine and this has helped me a lot. It tastes good too with a really great grape flavor!
