Use the MagiGLIDE all over my home and have always been delighted. A well known furniture firm uses these for an additional cost. I have them under the washing machine (couldn't move it otherwise) fridge freezer again it makes moving 100% easier. I know have them under a solid wood long john coffee table as well under the smaller tables this makes moving them in and out much easier. Have also put them under my TV stand which houses DVD, Sky etc and the ease of moving them now is tremendous. Don't be put off by thinking this product is expensive it is worth every penny and more to save your back from injury. Would recommend this product to anyone with heavy products anywhere in the home. An added bonus is that it protects your floor or carpet. Great invention

Do as they say and furniture moves easily once applied however, the sticky surface is not very sticky and the pads came off the chairs within an day of applying and they weren’t even moved except to apply pads and put back in place. I have had to remove, scrub the surface and reapply with strong gorilla glue to get them to stay put! They work well but would recommend anyone to expect to glue yourselves.

Expensive but worthwhile. It seems new vinyl flooring is more easily damaged than it used to be, I hear because modern "green chemistry" techniques make less resilient end product in this case.This makes it pretty easy to avoid the damage moving stuff into place, and very easy indeed to move things around. You still need to take care: it's still not too hard to damage vinyl flooring if you're not cautious in moving really heavy stuff. Also, heavy items left in place for long will leave permanent bumps no matter what.

The product is great as we have had similar from DFS, however the glue is not great and I had to use an alternative glue to re stick them to the furniture............

Applied these as directed on the pack. Left my chair in place for 12 hours before moving it. After sitting for an hour or so I moved the chair and found 2 of the gliders on the floor. The sticky discs were still attached to the chair legs. The other 2 then came off when I touched them. Clearly there is a problem with the adhesion between the grey part of the glider and the sticky pad. Not at all impressed and a waste of money

They are amazing! I bought these sliders when I had a new kitchen floor fitted for a very heavy Miele washing machine and for a gas cooker. I can now slide both around with ease. Easy to fit as long as you have someone else around to tip the machine slightly whilst you clean the feet (I used sugar soap)and fit the sliders. Only thing I would say is to leave the first 2 to stick for half an hour or so before tipping the machine the other way as the first 2 we fitted to the washing machine shifted slightly when we tipped the other way - still stayed on though so no problem. I also bought the smaller ones for the fridge and freezer and they are equally as good. Excellant product and would (and have) definately recommend.

We are completely redecorating our utility room and having to move our heavy washing machine around on vinyl flooring during this process. This proved very difficult and damaged the vinyl, (although it's going to be replaced anyway). Bought these Magiglide discs hoping it would make life easier. Easy to fit and wow! what a difference ! I was a bit sceptical about these initially because of the weight of our washing machine, but now it glides over the vinyl flooring quite easily. The only issue we had was that the washing machine tended to move during the spin cycle, but I solved that by placing some small non-slip pads underneath the front feet. If ever we want to move the machine again, then these can be temporarily removed.Would highly recommend these.

I bought these to move my washer dryer back in to a tight spot after I’d pulled it out to fix a drainage issue. I followed the instructions to the letter and was initially pleased that the machine seemed to move easily. However, on the first attempt, one of the sliders came off a rear foot when it reached a join in the vinyl flooring and rucked the vinyl up so I had to pull the machine out and start again. I fixed the flooring down and attached a new slider and tried again a few days later, thinking that leaving them to stick for longer might help. This time the new slider made it past the join in the vinyl but, unfortunately one of the others came unstuck so I had to pull the machine out again, by which time all that was left on the feet of the machine was a bit of the glue from one slider. I’ve also managed to damage the vinyl in front of the machine with one of the front feet that was left unprotected.These might work for a lighter appliance such as a fridge or tumble dryer and may be ok for a different type of flooring but I wouldn’t recommend for moving a heavy appliance on vinyl flooring.
