I do love this and it is perfect for my job but fist one came badly damaged. No problems getting a replacement but it too slightly cracked but kept this one as crack hardly seen.

The product is fine, but damaged in transit, so I need to return it. It would be better to take out the back panel for posting, as I think that has cracked the side panel. Disappointing.

A sturdily built box which is standing up to some heavy use. (We're using it to collect recycling rather than suggestions!) It's ridiculously easy to empty- simply slide out the back panel. It was far cheaper than several other options I looked at prior to purchase and I'm very happy with it.

Used once and it got cracked in transit = despite being wrapped. Still usable though and looks good when used as a suggestion box.

Very well packed and just what I wanted for our charity events to take donations and prize draw slips

The product itself is fine, as advertised. However it arrived cracked and broken in a number of places due to no additional packaging - it was just dropped in a box and sent through royal mail. Customer service were very happy to resend a replacement item, but exactly the same thing happened with number two. I wouldn't recommend unless you can get guarantees on packaging.
