Review: Excellent Curcumin Alternative to Systemic Pain Relief - I purchased this as an alternative to Turmeric/Curcumin because I am limited in how much I can take without side effects. Also, I am allergic to NSAIDS but pain relievers are essential in treating my degenerative disc disease, RA, and polyneuropathy. I found Serracor-NK to be comparable to Curcumin in terms of pain relief and it doesn’t interfere w/ the effectiveness of my other medications. I take 1 pill at bedtime, which is easier to do on an empty stomach, as recommended by the manufacturer. Personally, I didn’t have any issues w/ the smell noted by others—I have a divided pill case and kept this, along w/ my fish oil separate, but still they didn’t bother me—and I tend to be hyper sensitive to smells. I didn’t have any negative side effects and will definitely reorder. Excellence Curcumin alternative!

A: I don’t know exactly but my family and I have used this brand for years. We take as directed on the bottle. Bulk Supplements sells the powder form you can measure out but they are sold separately.
