They are adjustable to a large head. Pull gently on the wire nearest the earpieces and they come out of the black sleeves.

Would these stay on during resistance training in the gym?

They are VERY grippy and stay put when I wear them. Although I’m not sure you can compare pressure washing the car, hedge trimming, other outdoor tasks etc with a workout at the gym I can honestly say they don’t budge!

I work with very loud music all day, would these headphones be man enough to block the worst out?

I believe so. I use loud machines, and they block out the sound very well indeed.

Is it easy to sleep with these on?

I brought these for my dad (age 66) for that exact purpose. He is in a nursing home and some of the patience scream at night and wake him up. He says they are fab . He sleeps loads better
