It's the best sealant for standard inner tubes I've used. Seals quickly, you can see and hear where the puncture is and even works at high(ISH) pressures. It's easy for even the least mechanically minded person to use and install and the valve core tool in the lid is made of firm enough plastic to remove the core without grinding down. My wife has this in the tubes on her commute bike and hasn't had a flat in over 5 years. She loves it because she hates changing a tube by the side of the road and doesn't mind going a little slower. I won't touch it because it adds to rolling resistance, rotational weight and decreases the suppleness of the tyre, especially on corners. Basically, it'll slow you down by a few watts and I need all the help I can get.
