This black powder is great to color grout for mosaics.

I bought this to try in a slip trailing project and it worked very well. So them I thought, hey, I wonder what happens if I mix it with shino glaze. Not very successful—came out streaky. But that’s not the product’s fault. Overall I am very pleased with it.

I have tried many yellows and this is the best I have come by so far. I do have to add a little orange to counter act the green hue this color seems to have, but I find that will a lot of the yellow pigments I have purchased

After pouring natural color concrete, I used a mixture of this with cement to dust on the top when it was still wet. Then I finished the concrete with a fresno and a steel trowel. The finishes beautiful.

Purchased this to add an accent color to a concrete finish. added just a pinch to concrete finish material and it turned the entire area jet black! Had to completely rinse off the surface and start over without the product.

Worked in concrete quite well. I would probably recommend two bags for one 50lbs concrete mix if you want dark. I think I used one and it was a nice darker gray but not black like I wanted. It’s easy to use, I recommend adding once everything is wet or you’ll mix and get black powder dust everywhere. Worth the cost if you need a small job done.
