It feels very nice on your neck and cheeks. It has a very ample fill that keeps my head upright with no problem. One nice feature on this product that not all similar products have is the fastener system in the front (in this case a simple snap enclosure). On products that don't have this, your chin has a tendency to dip down and rest on your chin while the pillow at that point does basically nothing. With the snap, it keeps your chin up and resting on the plush fabric so you can catch your zzzzzzzz's, rather than doing a bunch of head bobbing as you waffle between sleeping and not sleeping. ### ⭐⭐ Not for long term use. *by N***E on May 3, 2014* When I first received this pillow, it had a bad chemical smell. I was going to return it but I noticed that it dissipated a bit after a few days so I sprayed it with Fabreeze every day for a week. The smell is gone. I use these types of pillows every night and this one was good for a while, but no longer supports my head well. I suppose the micro beads have compacted or the fabric has stretched a bit. Either way, if this were a cotton pillow, I would add more stuffing. This pillow has no zipper to allow for that (which is probably a good thing because those beads get into everything!). I think I will just continue to replace the stuffing in my cotton filled pillow for now... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ so comfy! *by R***3 on July 15, 2016* This is the most comfortable travel pillow I have ever owned (I've had 5). The microbeads are very comfortable, as is the plush side that goes against your face. The snap that hold the 2 sides together is a great addition. I honestly didn't buy this pillow for travel, since I already have some, I bought it to help keep me comfortable about sinus surgery.
