Cannot contact anyone to either return this rubbish or get it fixed .Will be taking this much further ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I think this machine has had a bad rap *by D***L on 24 September 2019* I decided to give this machine a try as I have used all the others available over the years and they have not been too impressive either. None seem to last beyond 6 years or so without the need for major repairs that are often more costly than buying a new machine. I think this machine has got a bad rap. I have only had it a few weeks, but it has worked just fine. Yes, one load did get unbalanced and the machine stopped, but that is because it has a built-in safety mechanism to protect the machine and the load. I just untangled the clothes and turned the machine on to spin and it completed the cycle in 10 min. I think I have contributed to the demise of some of my earlier machines that did not have this safety feature by overloading them or allowing them to become unbalanced.
