We found bed bugs in 1 room (we live in a block of flats) But before we knew it they were in every room. We had to gut the whole house, literally the beds, all furniture, carpets, clothes, shoes, picture frames, curtains..everything!!! We had a pest company spray the house twice but even then they kept coming back! We used several potions and products but this one was the only one that actually worked, its fairly cheap, doesn't smell, and I even gave my cat a squirt incase they got on her!! (They can transfer to animals and this stuff is harmless to them so relax RSPCA Bandits) We later found out there was a huge infestation in the whole block hence the repeat visits, so once they sorted that out we didn't see them again, but this stuff definitely kept them out of our house. Only negative would be that we bought 4 bottles and 3 of the plungers on the bottles didn't work, I email the company and they were very obliging and kindly sent me 4 more... but none of them worked either!!!! But good of them to do that, and I just transferred the working plunger onto the new bottle when it finished so no biggie. Now sleeping soundly and bug free :)

I have only used this spray as a prophylactic - on luggage linings and the exterior of soft bags while visiting Sydney, NSW Australia - where, since the Olympics, there has been a bed bug epidemic in accommodation rom the most expensive to the cheapest. I have been lucky - so far - in that I have not encountered a bed bug (and hope I never will) but as luggage lives on floors/carpets/aircreft holds and is in contact with other kit is quite likely that bugs may attack it. So far so good. So, as you can see, I cannot categorically state that the spray kills bed bugs but it probably does. However, I can tell you, without a doubt and from practical experience from travels in the USA, that Diatomaceous earth DOES kill bugs and parasites by dehydration - but it's not really sensible for use in luggage, it's more for rooms and carpets and mattresses etc. .

Really good product and value for money there isn’t necessarily a smell but it is strong so whichever room you use it in close the door after use as i find it makes me sneeze for a bit, really good for summertime use when those annoying flies come in when you open the windows it somehow discourages them from in after one or two uses

Bought in case of need after a trip to Europe where a friend picked up the nasties. Was expensive and I have no idea if it works as not needed it.

Seems to work not found any bugs, so far so good will keep spraying every 7 days as it says just incase

Kills any insect on contact bed bugs no chance. Spiders. Ants. Wasps crawling or flying. I spray around windows and doors brilliant purchase. Very good quality.

Moved into a new house which had so many spiders inside and outside the house. Every window seemed to have spiders on them. Sprayed this and removed the spiders. Sprayed this outside the house and so far haven't seen any new ones. Seems to work but as they say you should use it every 6 weeks to make sure it works.

It did not work at all. It was a complete waste of money.
