This product works great for running. It holds my iPhone 7 securely. It has added a degree of comfort to my run. The color was not what I ordered but no big deal. I would advise that it fits a little small. I am a medium build man and it barely fits my arm. I had to move it to the inside of the wrist because it was not comfortable on the outside. Again, this was no problem when considering the gains of not having to hold the phone.

I got this for the gym and it works great. It definitely stays on no matter if your running or jumping. The Velcro is extremely strong and t rotates easily. I use it without my case because I’m not sure it would hold as well. The only reason it 4 and not 5 stars is because the rubber holding things does get in the way of the home button.
