I bought this mainly for my skin and I haven’t been disappointed. I’ve been taking it for about a month now and I’m glowing, I’ve seen a reduction in all my sun spots sun damage, my skin tone has evened out and the backs of my hands of all things look much younger. My husband and I started taking this almost 2 weeks now. His vision has improved so much. He said he can see close up to read without his reading glasses now. My skin has a nice glow to it. I did a lot of research and astaxanthin has a lot of benefits. But not all are the same. Look at the ingredients. And make sure it is a third party tested. I trust this company.
