Soft and cosy
I order this in hopes that it would be soft and kind to my babys head and it is. She is a snug as a bug in the head rest and I found it was great value for money considering the important job it does.

Great for a newborn
My baby seat came without the newborn insert which left my babys head straining left and right when baby would be sleeping. This helped keep his head in place. Only complaint would be the material. My sons head/neck would be very sweaty after using this for a drive of 30 mins.
