Runs and cuts great. Incredible value!
So like most I was skeptical. Needed a bigger saw to take down a massive pine tree. I went through the saw and made sure everything was tight and several screws needed tightening. After that it fired right up in 3 pulls and ran very strong. I did a 2 stroke engine break in procedure for two tanks of gas to break it in nice and easy. After that I cut down this beast of a tree (about 40” base) and chopped the entire thing up in a day. I ran 8-10 tanks of fuel through it and this thing runs great and cuts like a beast. Towards the end of the day I tuned the carb because it was running a tad rich and now it rips even stronger and cuts so good. I’m sure this will not be a 20 year saw like the name brands but for the limited time I need a saw this big, with proper maintenance I’m sure it will do the trick. I could not be happier with how it performed. Even the stock chain I is great!! Really can’t beat what you get with this package for the money. Highly recommend for the homeowner who needs a 24” powerful saw without breaking the bank.

Good moter and starts easy. Needs better stronger tensioner system.
Saw came packed well and everything when together fine. Instructions were clear accept for the oil mixture. 25 to 1 and 40 to 1. looks like they want you to use 25 to 1 for the first 20 hours??? doesn't clearly state that. I filled in up the oil and gas and it stated right up. I put the 24 in bar one and trimmed up a tree that had blew over in a strom. The saw cut really well. On the second tank of gas I was cutting the log up. I was almost done with it when I notice the chain came loose, really loose. I took the saw in and took the clutch cover off and found that the tensioning screen had broken though the plastic that held it in place. Really thin plastic. It appears that tensioning system is under designed for a saw with a 20 and 24" bar. That's a lot of stress on plastice parts. Saw in very powerful and cuts wood like butter....the company made it right and are sending a new part so I have changed their review to 5.

Do not buy this saw unless you can troubleshoot and repair/replace parts at opening
Do not buy this saw unless you want to roll the dice. I have several saws and this was bought as a backup. I am currently in the middle of logging my farm and decided to get this as backup for bucking some junk wood instead of putting hrs on my Stihls or husqys. This item arrived and was expected to be as cheaply built as it was but no ability to get it to fire at all. Took it apart and it definitely has a bad ignition pack as no spark is making it to the plug. This is apparently a very. Common issue to get with a lot of these new from proyamas according to reviews for other purchasers. If you want to roll the dice go for it - or just spend the extra money and get something well built. Disappointed in proyama but thankful for Amazon customer service who acknowledged that this saw is not built well and issued a refund when they can't take it back since gas was in it.Edit - I was able to troubleshoot the saw for a few hrs and found that the ignition pack was not correctly gapped (needed to loosen and pull to closer tolerances), the Killswitch blade connector was not correctly attached and may have had a short due to it. The pull chord was also wrapped outside the pulley one revolution and never let a full stoke occur. These 3 things together made troubleshooting very difficult and not as simple as it typically is as I would find one fix it and assume all was well etc... These are quality control issues that need to be corrected and addressed asap by the company.

Great power, Easy to assemble & The two bars were a lifesaver
Great Saw - Love the 18" & 22" Bars. I purchased this to take down a dying ash tree. It ran flawlessly and had all the power I needed. Would Highly recommend. I thought I only needed the 18" bar, but when it came to the trunk of the tree, 18" was too small. I quickly switched it to the 22" (took less than 10 min). Cut through that tree trunk like butter!MY ONE COMPLAINT - the instructions said to initially start the saw prime the bulb 3-4 times. I initially could'nt get it to start and went online to watch some videos. They said to prime 10 times, so in total I primed the closer to 15 times. Started right up. Other then that, the saw is a great value
