Product came right on time. Like the bag they were packed in. Said on the bag if the rings don’t fit that they’ll send a free pack and then you can still keep the original one. I thought that was pretty cool. The rings that I got in size 12 fit perfectly very comfortable and look exactly as advertised. Would buy again and would definitely recommend.

Update:The company finally got back to me and is sending a second pack with the correct size. ORDER A SIZE DOWN. They will fit perfectly. I usually wear a 12 in Rubber Rings but 11 in these.Original:Love the rings but they definitely run a size big. Order a size down. I have contacted the seller multiple ways. No response no new product in the right size not what was promised. I waited over a week to see if I would be contacted. MAKE SURE YOU ORDER RIGHT, a size down. I usually wear a 12 needed an 11. Disappointing that they promote this “cool” we will send you another pack but don’t follow through with the guarantee. I guess they will just be a little big. Shame on you seller.

Bought these for my husband as he prefers the silicone bands for work. He likes to switch out his band occasionally with a different colored one. The price on this pack is great and the quality is excellent.

My husbands tungsten wedding band would no longer fit over his knuckle, so we were looking for an alternative. We originally ordered a size smaller based on the suggestions. However, when received, the rings were too small. I reached out to customer service via email and requested a size up. A week later we received, at no extra cost, the rings in a size up! My husband is very happy with these rings! He says they are very comfortable and light weight :). He definitely recommends!

Ordered size 10 ring which usually fits fine, but this was a little big. The quality of the ring is very good. Since the size 10 was big, I invoked their claim to replace a ring free if it did not fit. Most companies make all kind of claims like this but not follow up, but not this company. It wasn't a week after emailing them that I got another set in the mail. Unexpected great customer service! When I need a replacement in the future I will not hesitate to order from them. By the way the quality of the rings is great and the new ones fit perfectly.

Love the look and feel of these rings I purchased for my husband. However, I wished I had read reviews saying to size down because they are too big. I know it says they will send correct size but no contact info??

Rings are as expected for the cost. However, my rings were too large and the packing they come in says that they will provide replacement rings at no cost. I emailed them on Feb 26 and no response. I emailed again on April 3 and they finally responded on April 24. I provided them my size and mailing info and I've heard nothing back. I recommend you find a different seller as there are lots available.

The seller advertises free replacements but doesn’t give you the opportunity to contact them. The only way is to leave a poor review.The product is nice, just wish I didn’t have to leave a poor review to get a hold of the seller.The ring I ordered is too large.
