Billy No Mates is the best 👍🏻
I add this to my 7 dogs every meal, they like it and it actually smells really nice. The ticks this year have been really bad but Ive had less than 10 to take off over 7 dogs. This definitely kills ticks as my Tibetan Mastiff must have one I hadnt noticed for a couple of days as she is so fluffy and when I took it out the tick was dead. Wouldn't be without this and it chemical free so your not poisoning your dogs with tablets the vet hands out

Natural Herbs for Fleas and Ticks
Having used this in the past for ticks (used at the lower dosage range) and not having much luck with it, I stopped using it for a few years. However, last year a visiting dog brought fleas into our house (unbeknown to us at the time), which in turn caused a flea infestation. All 3 of my dogs were scratching, but the longer haired 2 (Clumber Spaniel and Welsh Sheepdog) were having much more of a problem than my Boxer. After lots of hoovering, bathing the dogs (using herbal/natural flea shampoos) and washing blankets, etc, I decided to try Billy No Mates again. This time of using BNM, due to the fact that I already had fleas in the house, I decided to give the dogs the higher dosage range each, so my Clumber and Welsh Sheepdog (both weigh between 22kg and 25kg) have 2x 5ml scoops a day and my Boxer (weighs approx 35kg) has 3x 5ml scoops a day, of the herbs. Obviously, it takes a few weeks for the herbs to properly get into the dogs system, so still several weeks of extra hoovering, washing blankets and another bath each for the dogs took place ! After approximately 5-6 weeks, I noticed that the dogs had stopped scratching, so I eased off on the hoovering and extra washing so often. The dogs seemed flea free for quite a long time, until yet again a visiting dog brought in fleas again and I noticed the dogs scratching a little again - however, this time a 'flea problem' did not develop and we have not had any problems since. I have not seen any flea dirt on the dogs or any excessive scratching, so if there are any fleas still lingering in the house, they obviously do not like the taste of the dogs since using the Billy No Mates herbs, so are not laying eggs so much or bothering the dogs. The idea of the herbs is to repel the fleas (and ticks), so that if they do jump onto or bite the dogs, they do not like the smell of the dogs or taste of the blood, so do not stay on them. The herbs do not kill the fleas/ticks, but help to prevent them from staying around. Since our original flea infestation (before using the Billy No Mates again), we have not had any problems. Our dogs are raw fed and also have other herbal supplements in their food, so are used to the taste of different herbs. Herbs can also be mixed with natural yogurt or cottage cheese, if they do not like it in their normal food. I did not use any chemical treatments either on the dogs or in the house, as I do not believe that chemicals do either dogs, humans or any other animal, any good and only use natural herbs and remedies, alongside hoovering and extra washing of blankets, etc. I have not used chemical treatments for many many years (including for worming too). I would highly recommend Billy No Mates for fleas, but used at the higher dosage rate. If your dog is not used to herbs, then introduce gradually over a few days and also allow time for the herbs to get into their system. Fleas can be a nuisance, but as I have proved to myself, can also be eradicated using natural remedies and effort with extra cleaning, etc. We are all now happy and flea free (and have been for a long time now) !

Brilliant
Been using this for a few years now, only seen 1 flea ever on 1 dog. Not had ticks since I’ve used it. Very impressed. Dogs eat it fine, no qualms. Lasts ages for 3 dogs, I probably buy 1 packet every 7-8 months or so and it’s better then chucking chemicals in them every day.

Love the product and so does my dog.
The 1kg offering was shown in a tub but arrived in Big resealable bag. Not ideal for dispensing! But this is the 3rd time we have bought this and would thoroughly recommend it.

it does work.
It defiantly keeps the ticks away we are on the 2nd large bag.

Wont be buying again
I always thought this was good probably because my dogs didn’t have fleas. Then I found some repeatedly on my dog after using the stuff for more than 6 months so obviously doesn’t work well as a repellent. I won’t be buying again.

It works simple
After a recent move I needed a tick repellent that was natural. There are hundreds of ticks where I live due to the number of red deer and to start with I was removing 6 plus ticks a day off each dog. So I needed a product that was natural due to 1 of my dogs having seizures (idopathic) in the past. This product does take about 6 weeks to start working so you need to plan when you want to start it. After 4 weeks I noticed the number of ticks decreasing now more than 6 weeks on there are either no ticks or the very occasional 1 which is a huge difference and hence the title of this review - it works. I split their dose between 2 feeds and also add water to the feed. I will not use it over the winter but will start again early spring.

Doesn't come as described. Can't really tell if it's working yet
After our cats bringing fleas into the home it's been a mission trying to get rid. Dogs have had daily for past 6 or 7 weeks now still has the odd itch but I haven't noticed any live fleas which must be a good thing. Does not come in the close able lid box I was hoping for. Just a pouch. Not the best for storing
