Wow! I had thought about purchasing a TENS/EMS unit for quite a while, and I am so glad that I finally did! Literally, as soon as I turned it on I could feel immediate relief from my chronic back pain. Buy one now, you wont regret it. The unit itself is compact, easy to use and adjust and fits into a pocket with ease (if you are on the move) The pads are also easy to connect, adhere to the skin well and peel off easily after use. There are several different programs to use, depending on your symptoms or the desired treatment. All in all, this is a great value, well made product and I wold have no hesitation in recommending it.

I was so surprised at how well made this unit was from the way the batteries were held in place to the quality of the buttons. Very well made, almost medical grade product - yet exceptionally small and portable, perfect for sticking in a pocket for discreet use. I loved the fact it was dual EMS & TENS though I was sure being battery operated it would not be powerful - I was wrong! It’s powerful on both settings, it has a multitude of different levels and programs which all function in different ways but ultimately it kills pain and it builds muscle. Very impressed and happy with this product and it’s pricing. It only comes with four pads and leads, but for the price it’s all you need to get started. Replacement pads have been ordered for when the others lose their stickiness.

In the unit I received, both of the electrode channels work perfectly - but not together, so you can only apply two of the four electrode pads at a time. I have read the instructions from cover to cover, and asked someone else to check them too, and there is no reference to this problem and no guidance on how to correct it. So I can only conclude that the unit is faulty. Have had to send it back and request a replacement. 2 days later - The replacement unit I received works perfectly, and I am very pleased with it. Unlike some electronic items, this is extremely straightforward to operate, and although the screen is small it is very easy to read. Recommended.

I have purchased this product because I have cervical and lumbar pain. The appliance has two functions with several programs: 1. EMS: STRENGTHENING AND MUSCLE TONING 2. TENS: RELIEVE PAIN I use function Ten and it relieves the muscle area when you have pain. It is reasonably priced and very easy to use. It has an accessory to hang and a bag to transport. It is a machine that always goes with me, because of its size I even take it on trips. I recommend it.

Absolutely amazing! This is my first experience with a TENS machine. I have suffered with lower back pain for just over two years. I was recommended to get a TENS machine, and after a bit of research this one seemed like the best option! After reading the leaflet which explains the settings and durations recommended for each- I chose one and managed to eventually turn it up to the maximum setting. I feel such a pain relief already! I recommended this to anyone I have already messaged those I know who suffer with similar issues! It's really easy to set up and there is a lock mode so you don't need to worth about knocking buttons and unintentionally turning it up or down while you are using it! Just a side note- make sure you use all four electrode pads at once, I tried just using the two however the machine only works with four!

The unit is conveniently small and comes with a useful pouch to transport it around in. Despite reading the user manual it is still not clear how to achieve the settings it lists. It works well in that you can physically feel it when it's on but there is no way of telling if it's doing what the manual says it should be doing. It's not the easiest unit to set either and I'm not a technophobe.

This is a robust little machine that isn't over-engineered but nonetheless offers all the necessary features. It doesn't break easily but when the pads or cords do eventually need replacing, this can be done comparatively cheaply. For example, the cords on another type of tens machine I had tried previously broke quickly and cost £16.00 to replace, whereas the more generic cords on this machine cost approx £5.00. The pads too are pretty generic and can be replaced by other brands which work just as well. Would highly recommend.

The item was delivered in the early afternoon today. I have suffered severe pain in my shoulders, back and pelvis. A friend of mine recommended this machine. It was a right choice. Initially, it is easy to use with a clear instruction. I have already used twice and experienced the relief of pain. I also let my husband use this machine and he said it was very effective. We both are really pleased. I appreciate that this machine will not be a permanent solution to my problems. But it will certainly relieve me from pain. I would really recommend this machine to others.

Muy buen producto. Quería un tens, que lo usaré sobretodo para tratar mis contracturas musculares y algunos dolores crónicos en mi familia. Tiene modo Tens y modo ems. Al principio puede parecer complejo, pero viene perfectamente explicado en el libro de instrucciones. Viene con 4 pegatinas pequeñas, se pueden comprar más a parte pero que coincida con el conector, en la foto que adjunto se ve el modelo. Es super cómodo, muy pequeñito y tiene un plástico que permite colgarlo del cinturón o del bolso y poder hacer cosas mientras lo tienes puesto. Además incluye funda y pilas. El uso y la sensación es igual que los tens de mi fisio, en mis contracturas siento gran alivio. Me ha sorprendido. Muy útil y lo recomendaria.

Ich liege seid Anfang des Jahres mit einer gerissenen Achillessehne nur so rum und schau der Wade dabei zu, wie sie immer weniger wird und dafür immer mehr Wabbel-Schwappeliger. Nicht schön. Da Bewegung in einer Orthese nicht wirklich gut funktiniert musste eine Alternative her. Und klaro, habe auch schon von Reizstrom etc gehört, wollte aber irgendwie nicht den Huf an die 220 Volt Steckdose hängen, da bin ich echt ein Schisser. Bei Amzon gibt's ja immer was und da bin ich auf den Prorelax 39263 gestoßen. Rezis gelesen noch etwas gegoogelt und dann bestellt. Mir gefällt, daß ich hiermit TENS und EMS in einem Gerät habe. Ergo habe ich keinen Bammel mehr vor Rückenschmerzen ob des vielen Rumliegens -da wird ge TENSt. Und die Wade Namens "Old Wabble" bekommt mit EMS mal etwas zu tun, was der Inaktivitätsatrophie hoffentlich etwas vorbeugt. Die Lieferung kam extrem schnell an, am Abend bestellt, am nächsten Morgen da. Super! Die Verpackung ist ebenfalls ziemlich gut, stabil ordentlich aber nicht zu groß, d.h die Größe passt zum Inhalt. Das Gerät ist kleiner als mein iPhone, hat ein paar Knöpfe zum Einstellen und auch die Anleitung, was mal denn eigentlich so drücken muss um zu entspannen oder den Muskel zu fordern. Sehr leicht verständlich, wie ich finde. Die beigelegten Klebepads machen einen guten, sprich ordentlich klebrigen Eindruck. Kurzanleitung gelesen - aha, so geht des- Lange Anleitung gelesen und verstanden und dann mal die Pads am gesunden Bein angeschlossen und ein EMS Programm gestartet. Durchatmen...die Spannung steigt... Okay ich war feige und habe mit dem Aufwärm Programm angefangen: Stufe 1 - Ich merk nix (Naja, DAS is nicht ganz neu für mich) Stufe 2-5 -bisserl Kribbeln. Ab Stufe 6 spüre ich den Strom dann durchaus, ich habe dann auch den vor sich hin faulenzenden Unterschenkel mit zwei Pads versehen und auch Stufe 5 - 8 das Warmmachprogramm (EMS Programm 1) laufen lassen. Das kribbelte ganz nett, da ich nicht möchte das sich der Muskel des kaputten Beins zusammenzieht und mir die Sehe wieder abroppt, bin ich das vorsichtig angegangen. Naja, irgendwann isses langweilig und es muss mal ebbes Spaß in die Wade. Muskelprogramm 5 eingestellt, beide Waden verpadt' und los gings. Da die vier Pads in Zweiersets zusammen an einem Kabel hängen kann mal pro Pad-Doppel die jeweilige Stärke des Stroms einstellen. Mein gesundes Bein verträgt ja was (hehe NOCH!) , schwupps mal die Stärke langsam gesteigert. Aber nur an dem einen Bein, klaro. Von 1 (Gähn) bis 8 (Brzztl) isses ganz nett. Ab 10 fängt bei mir der Muskel ziemlich an zu zucken, ab 12 isses ne Bossa Nova - weiter kam ich nicht, weil ich so irre ablachen musste -das sieht recht krass aus wenn nur der Wadenmuskel einen abtanzt. Danach habe ich mal die TENS Entspannungen gebraucht - wirklich sehr angenehm. Alles in allem macht das Gerät einen extrem guten Eindruck auf mich. Schon das die Verpackung angemessen ist und der Anbieter also nicht mit Pappe irgendwie was hermachen will, gefällt mir. Das Gerät hat mit seinen drei AAA Batterien ordentlich Wums um die Muskeln in Schwung zu bringen. Jeweils Acht Programme und mal kann pro Pad-Paar die Stärke des Stroms/Reizes einstellen. Ebenfalls die Zeit wie lange man unter Strom stehen möchte. Natürlich nicht zu stark anfangen, der oben beschriebene Spaß hat auch über eine halbe Stunde gedauert, ich habe bei jeder Änderung erstmal in mich rein gefühlt wie sich das macht und ne Minute oder so abgewartet. AUF KEINEN FALL MIT DER STÄRKSTEN STUFE ANFANGEN. Und auch zuerst die Anleitung lesen. (Hey ich bin ein ITler und habe ganz Berufsuntypisch auch zuerst das Manual gelesen!) Ach ja. In der Verpackung ist auch ein Zettel, daß man füe das Schreiben einer Rezi eine Waage bekommt. Nehme ich vielleicht sogar in Anspruch, da die letzte Waage sich mit "Bitte nicht in Gruppen auf die Waage stellen" verabschiedet hat.

Acquistato principalmente come decontratturante! Il punto principale di questo prodotto è la continuità. Bisogna iniziare con livelli bassi e aumentare mano a mano per apprezzarne veramente i benefici. L'ho usato per una tendinite al sovraspinato della spalla dx, devo dire che un pò di applicazioni e ho cominciato ad apprezzare dei miglioramenti. ASSOLUTAMENTE consiglio di iniziare con poca intensità, poichè ha un maggiore effetto RELAX. Aumentare troppo l'intensità di un muscolo affaticato o contratto, può portare l'effetto contrario e aumentarne il fastidio. Ho provato anche la funzione EMS, sembra fare il suo dovere, ma è noioso applicarlo quotidianamente e lo faccio solo di tanto in tanto quando mi sono allenato il giorno prima e voglio far lavorare il muscolo giusto un poco per "smaltire" l'indolenzimento. Spero di essere stato d'aiuto! MI RACCOMANDO, riattaccate sempre gli adesivi al loro posto, altrimenti tenderanno a sporcarsi e a perdere la loro adesività! UN TRUCCO Per farli durare un pò di più, quando stanno perdendo presa, è lo scaldarli un pochino per bene su di una superficie non troppo calda (termosifone?) in modo tale da rendere lo strato adesivo più appiccicoso :)

Je connais ce produit, j'ai fait don du premier pour partager ma satisfaction. L'ectro-stimulation calme notamment les douleurs cervicales mais pas que... et évite la prise d'anti-douleurs. Cet appareil est peu encombrant, pratique, facile à utiliser avec plusieurs programmes et niveaux d'intensité. Il répond à mes besoins et je le conseille.
