Can i put a manual program? Adjust a program my self on this?

There are several programme options so you just select the one required. I found it an excellent part of therapy for a back injury and could walk without pain in 7 weeks. This device was recommended by a Physio when I was in hospital in Austria and I would recommend it too.

The unit takes 3 AAA size batteries. The batteries last a long time.

Could anyone tell me if this unit take generic pads? or must one buy proprietary pads by the same maker? thank you!

You can use all pads with 2mm clinch.

Are the pads latex free

I don't know. If it doesn't specify this in the product description then I wouldn't assume that they are. Sorry I can't be more specific
