Fit great in my shoes and really keeps the odor away even when I don’t wear socks!

I bought these specifically to help make my fav pair of shoes fit better.They satisfy that goal.But if you are looking for support - or thick dense cushion for comfort - these will not satisfy.They also appear to not be durable and of course time will tell.The photo shows what appears to be holes for venting - breathable material- but they are not holes - it's simply a black and white pokadot pattern.The bottom is rough so it stays in place. The top is a smooth fabric to allow your foot to slide over it into the shoe.I can't recall if the ad says it's memory foam - but I can tell you that if there is any memory foam it's an extremely thin layer. It appears to be made of thin layers bonded together.
